----- Original Message -----From: lewtheredSent: Monday, August 31, 2009 7:05 PMSubject: [flasah] Nauga HuntingIS the most advanced, hardest, and dangerous hunting a hunter can do.
1st. one must find a Nauga trail. (These are distinguishable by having a flat bottom as opposed to the usual U shaped bottom.)
Naugas "glide" down these trails on their "flat" bellies.
2nd. one must dig a "Nauga-Hole under a curved (direction L or R) potion of this Nauga trail. The "hole" must be no more than 3 ft. across, and the depth is determined by the hunter's height plus 3 ft.
The hunter enters this hole as the sun sets. Then waits.
3rd. If the hunter is "lucky" a Nauga will "crawl" across the hole between 10pm and 4am ( a 6 hr. range).
The hunter must shoot straight-up into the belly of the Nauga (the ONLY weak spot.) This must be done with a Nauga-Gun: which has a square bore." It shoots a projectile the shape and size of a dice."
Now, if the NaugA "DROPS" Instantly, the "shot" was too soon." The hunter is buried, instantly. DANGEROUS. The hunter wants a "slow" kill so the Nauga will crawl past the hole.
Since the quantity of Nauga-Hunters (and their skill is so great), the cost of their "hide" is "up-there."
