I too had a poor picture of it.  Kind of fuzzy on my monitor.  I suspect ol' Uncle Al would be proud of your using his pattern and maybe even suggest a few tips:  for better definition, study the paper photo that came with the template to see where the leaves are beveled (e.g., the petiole) and around the edges.

Those paper photos can really help point out for all of us where to improve our tooling:  carving, beveling, backgorunding, etc.

I'm sure ol' Al would say "good job and keep practicing, practicing, practicing."
