Pete's Saddle Shop (Kentucky) teaches ANY type of saddle making. AND his shop is one of the last mass producing Sidesaddles for stores to sell. His shop produces any century of saddles. His students come from ALL continents, and I have met many of them (Israel, Sweden, India, and So.Am.) AND, the boarding costs with the rest are probably cheaper than many other areas.

Hello Friends, I am new to this list. Been making traditional archery gear for about 15 years. Now I want to learn how to make saddles, with the goal of making a Scythian style saddle for mounted archery. Are there any saddle makers on this list from the upper midwest who give classes/lessons?
