[flasah] casing leather
On my last project, I cased the leather by completely soaking it and putting it in a plastic bag over night. The next morning it was still very wet. So I set it out for a couple hours till it was ready to work with. I have to say, it really did tool better.
My problem is that I just don't have the time to sit and complete the project in one sitting. Most times it takes a couple of weeks. So, each time I had to stop working, it sprayed it down, getting it very wet, and put it back into to plastic bag, and put it into the refrigerator. This worked very well for me. There were a few areas that I had to touch up, but over all it worked for me.
