Re: [flasah] Mauls a BAD DESIGN for stamping
If you're holding a hammer, your wrist is twisted so that the head of
the hammer is pointing forward and the tool is an extension of your
arm. The striking stick or mallet should be held like you would pick up
a barbell with the handle at right angles to your arm (head to the left
if you are right handed; head to the right if you are left handed. Then
by twisting the wrist the head moves up and down, whereas with the
hammer you move both the wrist and the elbow.
