Thanks for the suggestions, Lui. Searching for "aceite para cuero" I
found this:

El aceite de pata es un aceite de origen animal
( especificamente de su pezuñal ) que posee multiples propiedades como

talabarterías y frigoríficos por ejemplo )

I thought sure I had found it, but Wikipedia's description of neatsfoot oil
<http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Neatsfoot_ oil>
specifically excludes the hoof. If I'm not mistaken "pezuña" is hoof,
or could it possibly include all the bones of the foot (pata).
