I'm getting all the attachments, in fact I got one from James SEVEN times! That's not all ... all of my e-mails are showing up in reverse order ... go figure!

I have the same problem so I suspect that you are right.
I went to the attachments for the belt and saw 3 of 4. I changed the encoding to Western Europe (Windows) and they al;l showed up.
But no luck on the Key Fob.
George, can you embed it in the email? If you are using Outlook, click INSERT, PICTURE and browse to it and click.
