Leathercraft Tool

Hello Everyone,
 I recently purchased this machine that was used to make the lap joint in the old style leather drive belts..
 I can find no info on this machine other than the name on the label and that it was made in West Germany.
I have googled the name but i have had no success in contacting the Co. the 800 number is always busy and messages
left at the other number are not returned ??
I need to find out how the abrasive was/is applied to the drum?? The abrasive on the drum is not a sleeve but was wound and glued to the drum.
Maybe one of our members in Germany may be able to identify this machine and give me a makers name that i could contact??
